SHIPPING & HANDLING

I endeavour to dispatch items ordered within 3 days of the order being placed. If you need an item delivered by a specific date please email me at rebeccaturtondesigns@gmail.com with details and I will prioritize your order or advise if this is not possible. You will be sent an email once the order has been dispatched.

UK Orders

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 'Signed For' which means you will be required to sign for the delivery. For orders in the UK you can expect to receive your item in 3-4 days. Please be aware that I cannot not be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made you will be left a Royal Mail calling card indicating further instructions for your item.
